Construction was just completed on this circa 1926 home’s full renovation and addition project. We worked with the Owner’s Architect, John Linam, Jr. on another interesting project which included demolition of an existing garage, addition of a new wing to include a new larger kitchen and master bath. The project included work top to bottom with a full electrical update, heating and air conditioning improvements, new baths, full finished lower level, an addition of a front porch, full exterior siding upgrades, complete interior decorating to include refinished floors and painting.
